Teething pains

Today I found that Eden had cut her two top teeth. I should have noticed, she had a slight temperature and was a bit off this morning. It was only when I was trying to get her to nap for the 3rd time that I noticed the little white specs poking through her little red gums. Bless her, it must be so awful for babies - I'm glad she won't remember it.

It has been months since her two bottom ones came through, that was tough as it really seemed to bother her. Nothing that a bit of TLC, some bonjela, and a teething ring can't solve:

We introduced a toothbrush a while back when her bottom teeth broke through. She just plays with it really, but I try to guide it into her mouth and give them a little rub. She likes to flick the bristles at me to spray toothpaste in my face, the little tinker!

  1. Alfie has a love hate relationship with his toothbrush, it just depends when there's a tooth about to appear as he gets sensitive in that area. We've tried many a time to get him to use the teething rings but he'd rather rub his own gums with his fingers and give us the odd love bite lol.
